We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.

 

No-Show appointments or changes made AFTER appointment time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.

 

If you are running late, please call the salon to let us know so we can try our best to accommodate you.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, you will be required to pay 100% of your scheduled service total.

 

Guests with repeat cancellations will be required to pay a deposit before scheduling. This deposit will go toward your service.
